Your Career
At Atkinson Vinden, our work is organised into practice areas of Retirement and Elder Law, Business and Commercial Law, Property Law, Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation, Liquor Licensing, Employment Law, Family Law and Estate Planning and Disputed Estates.
However, the staffing of client engagements is not rigidly departmentalised as we believe it is beneficial to promote information sharing and coordination throughout the practice. Multi-disciplinary training and staffing assignments are part of our strategy to develop high calibre, well-rounded professionals whilst maintaining technical specialisation.
There are many benefits to working at Atkinson Vinden.
Our people work as a team and have full involvement in the overall running of their matters with constant client contact resulting in higher job satisfaction. Our people share information and there is always someone to consult.
There is open communication with the Partners. An open door policy means that Partners are easily accessible to assist in providing guidance and direction.
Atkinson Vinden has a strong focus on team training and the sharing of responsibilities. This translates into being able to develop direct relationships with clients and to be counted on to manage the work flow on clients' files.
In short, you are able to work on a project from beginning to end, get great exposure and so acquire greater experience.
