Current Practice
Graham Rushforth is the firm's General Counsel with 38 years of legal experience in both corporate and private practice, 20 of these with a major Bank as a Senior Legal Executive. Graham is qualified to be a Senior Associate of the Australasian Institute of Banking and Finance. He has extensive experience in the following areas:

Client focus
Graham has been involved in the Retirement Village Industry since 1987, acting continually since that time for developers, residents and lenders. Graham has lectured to both industry groups and solicitors and assisted industry representative associations in submissions on the 1999 Retirement Village Legislation prior to its implementation. He was one of two lawyers asked by the Retirement Village Association to assist on the preparation of the Association's submission on the 2004 review of the legislation.
Graham is also committed to community service, having been a Rotarian since 1987, serving on the Board of three Rotary clubs and as president of two.
