Current Practice
Frank has over 35 years experience in private legal practice in Sydney. He merged his practice of Windeyer Dibbs with that of Atkinson Vinden in 2004 and continues working full time as a consultant with Atkinson Vinden.
He has experience in a wide range of areas, acting for clients ranging from individuals to small businesses, corporations and local councils.

Community Involvement
Frank is a member of the Rotary Club of Lindfield and has served as Youth Services Director. He has been a leader in the Scout Association for over 25 years and still serves as the Group Leader of the local Scout Group. Frank also served in the Army Reserve for about 28 years attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He has been awarded the Reserve Forces Decoration (RFD).
