Current Practice:

Tom has worked within the legal profession since 2005. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from UNSW in 2007, and was admitted as a solicitor in 2008.

Specialising in dispute resolution, Tom routinely conducts and advises on general commercial litigation. While maintaining a general practice, he has a specific interest in employment disputes (including unfair dismissal and adverse action claims for both employers and employees), and building and construction disputes (including claims under Security of Payment legislation and the Home Building Act).

He is also experienced in the conduct of litigation to protect copyright and intellectual property interests, and understands the principles of debt recovery/enforcement intimately. He routinely acts for large and small companies, employees and employers, builders and homeowners.

Tom approaches litigation efficiently and creatively, seeking the quickest, cheapest and best outcome for clients by applying all the tools available under the law. He is a straight talker and ensures that his clients receive jargon free advice of the highest quality.
