Sheena Joshi is an associate of the firm and graduated from Macquarie University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Bachelor of Laws. She completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law in 2005. She was admitted as a Solicitor in December 2005.
Sheena has handled numerous commercial transactions involving leasing, mortgage and construction finance transactions, sales/purchases of businesses and companies, dispute resolution of commercial matters, preparation of corporate documentation and other business and company related documentation. Sheena also practices in the area of intellectual property law including drafting and registration of intellectual property such as trademarks and designs and dispute resolution with respect to intellectual property.
