Sheena Joshi is a Managing Partner of the firm and has extensive experience in commercial matters (including corporation governance and compliance).
Sheena has handled numerous commercial transactions involving leasing, mortgage and construction finance transactions, sales/purchases of businesses and companies, dispute resolution of commercial matters, preparation of corporate documentation and other business and company related documentation. Sheena also practices in the area of intellectual property law including drafting and registration of intellectual property such as trademarks and designs and dispute resolution with respect to intellectual property. Sheena is also involved in bankruptcy matters particularly those related to the protection of monies under the Bankruptcy Act.
