Rod has an extremely broad experience of litigation in State and Federal Courts. Rod regularly appears as an advocate and presently conducts a number of large commercial and estate litigation matters in the NSW District and Supreme Courts.
Over time, a large number of our corporate clients have developed reliance upon Rod's advice in all areas of commercial practice. Rod is currently assisting a number of our clients to implement the Fair Work Act, particularly in relation to Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards and the National Employment Standards, as well as managing disciplinary issues with staff. He also assists his clients with negotiating the resolution of commercial disputes.
Rod has developed a particular specialty in large estate disputes and is presently conducting an estate dispute which is international in its dimensions.
