Current Practice:

Nathan graduated from the University of Sydney in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts, and from the University of New South Wales in 2008 with a Bachelor of Laws. He was admitted as a solicitor in 2009.

Nathan practises in the area of general commercial litigation, conducting cases in the Local, District and Supreme Courts of New South Wales, as well as the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Australia.

Nathan's primary areas of practice concern estate disputes, equity imposed trusts, family provision applications, professional negligence, breach of contract and general debt recovery, including creditor's statutory demands, winding up and bankruptcy. Nathan is also a member of our ICT Law Group, assisting in court action to secure the confidential information of multinational clients via a civil search order.

Nathan enjoys all aspects of the dispute resolution process, having a special interest in legal drafting and court advocacy. While the process of litigation can be daunting for clients, Nathan understands the importance of explaining each of the steps clearly, and effectively managing what is often a stressful process. Nathan also ensures his clients understand the commercial realities of litigation, and are aware of the benefits of early settlement and mediation.
