Leon graduated from the University of Sydney in 2003 with a Bachelor of Economics (Finance and Economics) and in 2005 with a Bachelor of Laws. He completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2005 and was admitted as a solicitor in March 2006. Leon is currently completing a Masters of Laws at the University of Sydney.
Before joining Atkinson Vinden, Leon spent a number of years working in a leading national law firm and also in a private family business. As a result, Leon has seen both sides of the client-solicitor relationship and uses this experience to understand his clients' objectives when assisting them.
Leon has experience in the areas of commercial and business law, particularly in assisting with the purchase/sale of businesses, leasing and drafting partnership, joint venture and shareholder agreements. His experience in property law extends to domestic and commercial conveyancing, easements and mortgages, as well as advising on issues relating to the management of strata schemes. Leon is also able to assist you with your estate planning needs.
