Caitilin has extensive experience in banking and financial services, commercial litigation and corporate law. In addition, she has a particular interest in employment law and enjoys the flexible solutions available in the industrial jurisdiction. She excels at finding commercial solutions and looking beyond the litigation process. Caitilin is focused on delivering clients results to suit their aims in a cost effective and timely manner. She enjoys getting to know her client's business and industry in order to provide tailored results.

Caitilin obtained her law degree from Macquarie University and studied law in the United Kingdom. Her background is in personal injury litigation, before litigating in commercial and corporate matters with a focus on banking and finance. She previously worked for a boutique city firm known for its expertise in mortgage litigation and close relationships with lenders. 

At present Caitilin works with high net worth borrowers in mortgage matters, business owners in a range of commercial and contractual disputes and both employers and employees to advise on and resolve employment issues.

In her spare time Caitilin enjoys sailing, skiing and is learning to surf.
