Ann Mary practises extensively in the industrial relations and employment areas. This includes assisting with preventive measures for employers and commencing and defending matters in the various courts, commissions and tribunals available to the workforce.Ann Mary encourages clients to value the settlement process through mediation rather than take direct litigation. Ann Mary believes her clients have found more benefit and sense of control to reach their own arrangements via negotiation, rather than have decisions made for them through the Court process.
Her skills have been acquired through many years of formal education that culminated with a Master of Laws majoring in Employment Law.
Ann Mary is an experienced litigation lawyer who will also guide a matter through the court system when required.
